Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an AED 30% cancellation fee of total amount. This is a common carrier fee for package interception.

If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged the shipping. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping. Some products may be subject to an additional 30% restocking fee.

Refund Policy

If Goods are returned within 24 hours, we shall offer Exchange, Credit note or Refund of the invoice value, provided the following conditions are maintained:

  • Goods are in working condition,
  • Goods are free from any Scratch or Damage,
  • Goods are NOT opened OR repacked in the Original Packing,
  • Goods are un-used and NOT installed,

All spare parts & accessories are returned in original packing along with the Packed Items.

In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 15-30 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.

The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.

If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, order gets cancelled automatically.

If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.

Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.

 Return or exchange of the product.

If products are damaged in transit, then the exchange proceeds within 5-7 business days from submission of the complaint but no order cancellation or return is accepted after the order is delivered. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can ask for an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.

  • We deliver across 7 emirates in UAE.
  • Cash On Delivery is not available.
  • Shiping fee for orders above 3000 is 650 AED Otherwise 350 AED
  • Site Knockdown Installation for Large Dog House 1,500 AED (FLAT RATE)
  • We do not offer free shipping.
  • Split AC is installation subject to 350 AED charge.
  • We do not do any type of electrical work.

Holiday shipping information

Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. (Delivery span will be processing period 2 to 3 days + Public holiday period)

Payment Information

We accept payment through Credit Card and Debit Card through WooCommerce by Stripe., Cheque, Bank Transfer.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

  • 1 Year warranty for Doghouse.ae Pet houses only for Cover Paint 
  • Warranty is not cover on any physical damage made by pets or customer.
